This apartment is still available. I have only paid the electric when it is vacant and it runs about $8.00. It will depend on if there is just you or another person. You are the one in control of the utilities. Call if you want to take a look. Debby 760-0212

This is a duplex. My experience is that dogs bark at almost any noise and I do not want my tenants bothered so I don't put dogs in multi units. Now if you have an older cat I will allow that with a pet deposit.
